Are your products tested for quality before launch?

Absolutely. We only feature upcoming launches from trusted global suppliers and ensure they meet our quality standards before listing them on BazingoHub.

Orders, Shipping & Tracking

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

We try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, please chat with us or email us at help@allbirds.com with your order number right away and we’ll see what we can do!

If you’re just getting cold feet, hang on until you can give them a try. We think you’ll love them and if you don’t, you can always send them back within ask days of purchase.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

If you're sending the shoes directly to a gift recipient, we now have the option for incognito packaging. To request this, in your cart, click "Gifting- add a note", and below the note, click "Logo-Free Packaging" and save! Don't forget you have the option to add a gift note at checkout, and we never include pricing information in the package :)

Returns & Exchanges

If you’d like to swap your product for another size, variant, or category, you can request an exchange. We’ll arrange pickup and deliver the replacement quickly.

At BazingoHub, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and fair.

Return Guidelines

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.
  • Certain categories (like food & nutrition) may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Rejection of Return

BazingoHub reserves the right to reject returns if:

  • The product shows signs of use or damage not caused during delivery.
  • The returned item does not match the original order (mismatched product, missing parts, or altered packaging).
  • The request is made after the 7-day return window.

Payments & Refunds

When can I expect my refund?

Once your return is approved, we process refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you’ve requested an exchange instead, your replacement will be shipped promptly after inspection.
